NBQ processes only the information needed for decision-making and session continuity.

V1 principles

  • initial history is used to build starting state and is not returned;
  • canonical state contains derived information and identifiers, not a complete copy of every message;
  • the session journal retains events required for recovery without becoming a transcript;
  • public responses expose neither internal prompts, embeddings, detailed evidence, nor the compiled matrix;
  • feedback metadata rejects messages, transcripts, prompts, and conversation summaries.

Your responsibility

Do not send personal data unrelated to your purpose. Prefer opaque client_reference values over email addresses or full names, minimize feedback metadata, and apply your own user-information policy.
For an erasure request or a retention question related to your contract, contact support@zelinqa.ai and include your organization and the relevant session identifiers.
